In 2016, out of thousands of applicants Aisha was selected by MTV as the official MTV Breaks Press and Media coordinator for the MTV African Music Award Show. Aisha supported the corporate communications team in South Africa by coordinating the media out-reach campaign for the show. She proactively pitched stories to the media, writing, editing and distributing press releases for the event.
